To be midget or dwarf is a mistake in the cromosomas (the same kind of mistake like particular to mix up colors) so if ones` cromosomas contain this combination he is a dwarf (biologically) if no isn`t even if his height is under 150 cms or so.

Midget is sort of a derogatory term. The official term is "dwarfism". You are defined as having dwarfism if your adult height is less than 4 feet 10 inches (147 cm). However, this definition is problematic because short stature in itself is not a disorder.
